My wife and I came in yesterday TO BUY A MAZDA MIATA! The young man we were talking to was great! My wife wanted to give him a second chance. He said they did not have any 2019's yet AS HE WANTED TO SELL THIS 2018 he had THEN! He was not pushy at all. He could have just landed two great car buyers as I need a new car also. We had done our research and new who had them. I put it on the net this morning and NOW KUHN is saying they have them. Well to bad I bought it in about 4 minutes over the phone with Ferman at a better price than Consumer Reviews said I could get. If Kuhn is interested. He did not give me a card, which is the first thing he should have done, and he was a good looking young black guy maybe 28? Yesterday at about @:00 pm on Kennedy.

I found myself needing a new vehicle after my 03' died (the day before Thanksgiving) on a dangerous leg of rt75. I'm an art teacher, and extra spending money is not something I have right now. I made 4 attempts to get a car from another dealership that was like a "hornets nest" of slick salespeople, and gave up. I couldn't get reasonable quotes, or even phone calls back. I found a car at Kuhn that is perfect for me. But what made it such a great experience is Tom in sales, and Andre who is also the mechanic...they spent lots of time explaining everything to me.(He even set up the Bluetooth system for me with my phone.) This was not the nerve-racking experience I expected when buying a car, it was actually pleasant. They worked a price out with me that was great. They don't hide their fees either, just ask and they break everything down into understandable terms if you don't know what you're looking at. No bloated over-inflated stuff that the other dealers are pumping. The dealership is clean and friendly as well. My family will be shopping with Kuhn when the time comes too. This was my first vehicle purchase on my own, and I'm so glad I went there. I definitely recommend checking them out before you enter dealerships where "the vultures are circling" lol ?
Very courteous; diagnosed a long-running problem that had slowly gotten worse over many months. Unexpectedly for me, the cost to fix was affordable. For the most part, I have avoided having any work done at Mazda since I bought the car due to cost so my latest experience at Kuhn made me happy. I very much appreciated the ride to work and back while my car was worked on.

Everyone is always professional. My car is older and needs a little work, I like that I never feel pressure tactics from the service team to get everything repaired at once. I also like that I get a car wash after every service.
Everyone was prompt, courteous and helpful. My problem was solved. Communication was great. I will recommend Kuhn to anyone looking for great service.
